Ms. Strauss practices civil litigation, concentrated in the areas of construction defect law and premises liability. She has successfully defended clients in both litigation and arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining Overturf, McGath, Hull & Doherty, she clerked for the Honorable Maria Berkenkotter, in the Twentieth Judicial District.
